There are so many customers out there who seek advice and information from businesses through email. The email address is an important part of a business and you’ll struggle to find a company out there who has not listed an email in their ‘contact us’ page and that goes to show its importance.

A CRM system is all about customer relationships and a good system will include emails, and make it easy for various members of staff to pick up an email and get back to them with the right information quickly. Fast communication is important to please potential customers, especially if you want to increase sales and all CRM systems should have the function of email.

CRM systems have changed over time and many of these systems have put emphasis on social media, and that’s fine, it’s important too, but emails should never be forgotten, especially in a customer relationship system.
